Guest Registration and Capping Fees

Limited to Three (3) Hunts per each Guest for the Season

Must be registered as a Guest by an MCH Member or Officer

Requirements:

N.C. Hunting License

N.C. Gamelands Sticker for Hoffman

Consent to or Signed Current Liability Release Form

Negative Coggins Test

Members, we encourage you to invite guests who may be interested in becoming a MCH Member or are out of town friendswho would like to ride with us.  

We request that you work with your guest to register them, have them read, sign and be ready to upload our MCH/WMF Liability Release and upload their horse's negative Coggins at the time of Registration. 

Also, please pay their capping fee before the hunt.

Guests, if the Masters have given you permission, you may register yourself.  Introduce yourselves as you arrive at the hunt.
