August 17, 6:00pm Arrival - meet at the Clubhouse August 17, 6:30pm Potluck Dinner at the Clubhouse - Please bring main dishes, sides, snacks and drinks. Clubhouse stove and grill will be available. Kitchen and Bathroom available. August 17, 8:00 - 9:00 - Tack up and Ride Out after the sun sets at 8:27pm. Please no chem or flashlights - let's use our night vision! August 17, 9:30 - 11:00 - Trial Ride!! August 17 - 18 - Camp Out if you would like - bring your own gear! No stabling or paddocks for horses.
